PROVISION OF EXPLORATION PLAN FOR DHUFRIYAH CONTRACT AREA

Tender by: Anton Specialist Oilfield DMCC (Iraq Branch), a company established and existing under the laws of United Arab Emirates, with its Iraq branch office registered in Baghdad, Iraq, acting as the Contractor and Operator of the Dhufriyah Contract Area in Republic of Iraq.

Tender Type: Public Tender

Scope of Work: Contractor, with experience in oilfield exploration, shall provide an exploration plan for Dhufriyah Contract Area, including but not limited to: Demining Plan, Seismic Processing Plan, Seismic Acquisition Plan, Well Workover Plan, Well Testing Plan, Well Placement Profiles, Risk Analysis, Appraisal Plan, Appraisal Well Drilling Plan, Logging, Coring, and Well Testing Plan. Additionally, the Contractor shall be responsible for providing technical reports in English, in accordance with internationally accepted industry standards. 

Bid Closing Time: 4:00 PM on April 16, 2025 Baghdad time.

Bid Validity Period: Ninety (90) calendar days from Bid Closing Time.

Bid Bond: USD2,500.00 and valid for Ninety (90) calendar days from Bid Closing Time.

Application for the Tender Documents: A full set of the Tender Documents will be provided free of change upon submission of a written application which must include sufficient information and be signed by an authorized person to Tender_ADO@antonoil.com before April 16, 2025. The written application must include full name of Bidder’s company, Certificate of Incorporation, full name of contact person and its email address, Power of Attorney for the Bidder’s representative acting on its behalf (if different from the representative appearing in the Certificate of Incorporation).
